50% deposit due on day of reservation. Balance due 45 days prior to check in date. Balance will automatically be billed to credit card 45 days prior to check in date. If reservation is within 45 days of check in date, full amount is due. Occasionally, a single day becomes available. When available, they require full payment upon reservation. Check in at 4:00 p.m. and check out at 10:00 a.m. Cancellations must be received 45 days prior to check in date to receive refund less 25% of total. Cancellations within 45 days of check in date are non refundable but, 75% of total bill may be applied to cabin rental the following year. This policy is strictly enforced.
